How to calculate the Perimeter
Did you ever here the police (in a movie hopefully) say 'secure the perimeter!!'. As I described before, the perimeter is the total distance around a (2-D) shape. An example is the fence around a plot of land. In order to calculate a perimeter, do you simply add all the lengths? Yes! However, there a few things to take into consideration. Have a good look therefore at the following videos and aware yourself of the commonly made mistakes. Check all the videos during your maths revision and prepare yourself well for your maths exam!
