How to find the Fraction of an AmountDuring your maths revision you will encounter maths questions in which you will be asked to calculate the fraction of an amount. For instance, if I have 32 sweets and eat 1/4 of them, how many sweets do I eat? And how many do I eat if I eat 3/8 of the initial 32 sweets? What if I have to run 21 km to get a medal but I get tired after completing 4/7 of the distance and stop. How many km did I still have to run to receive the medal?
