What is Scale Drawing and how to do it accurately using a Protractor, Compass and Ruler

Part of construction and Geometry is Scale Drawing.  A mathematician should be able to accurately draw a figure to scale using mathematical tools like a Compass, Protractor and Ruler.  It is important to first have a good look at what the scale is and to convert the lengths in real life into the lengths you will be drawing them in.  Have a look at the maths video in which you show you step by step how to draw a figure to a particular scale.  Let me know if you have any maths questions on the forum of this site and I will explain the answers to them to you.
