Perimeter, Area and Volume
Acts of extreme brutality against innocent people occurred in Dachau concentration camp near Munich, Germany. A fence secured the perimeter (the length around the camp) preventing people to flee their inhumane destiny. All prisoners had to remain on the camp's area and were forced to work. Between 1933 and 1945, 32,000 people officially died during their stay while thousands died without their death being recorded.
