How to approach Combinations of Transformations
So far you have learned that a Transformation changes the size, position or both of an object. The object after the transformation we call the image. I have explained to you several types of Transformations. You have learned about reflections, rotations, translations and enlargements. Sometimes a question is not about only 1 type of transformation, but about a combination of transformations. For instance first a Rotation followed by a Reflection. Study the following maths videos during your maths revision in which I explain what Combinations of Transformations are and pass your IGCSE GCSE maths exam!
